Local Birdwatchers Using the Birdingpal resources you must agree to the following: If you contact a local Birdingpal and make arrangement to go birding, you should note it is common courtesy to make sure you show up for the appointment. If for any reason you are unable to do this, the least you must do is contacting the local Pal right away. Please note that most Birdingpals are serious birdwatchers. It is a privilege to contact them, and your message should reflect it. A local Pal does not get paid, but should he/she offer to take you out birding, using their own vehicle, it would be courteous to pay for the fuel. As the most experienced ornithologist locally, I was involved in many nature and bird conservation programmes nationally and internationally as a bird expert. A part of my scientific background on birds, I built my experience in the field as bird illustrator and wildlife photographer. Also very keen in botany and mammals. 		I have been birdwatching for over 20 years all around Tunisia and specially Cap Bon. I am member of the “Association les Amis des Oiseaux”. Have been leading many birding tours in Tunisia and was part of many nature and bird conservation programmes (Birdlife, WWF, APAL…) as a bird expert. I am actually a birding guide and a manager for a new birding company in Tunisia called “Birding Tunisia”.
